Our design and technology curriculum encourages innovation, creativity and practical problem solving. Pupils design, make and evaluate products, developing an understanding of materials, tools and processes.
Children are encouraged to think critically, test ideas and refine their work, building confidence in designing solutions to real-world problems. They also develop an appreciation of how things work and how products are created.
Our intention is to nurture inventive thinkers who can apply their skills creatively and practically.
